Print data is held in the machine's memory and released when users enter their Active Directory sign-in information.

Benefits

Ensures that print and/or fax data is securely held at the device until released by an authenticated user.

Users enter Active Directory sign in information on the front panel to release print jobs. Print data will be deleted after the job is printed or the machine is powered off.

Use Case

Environments printing sensitive and/or confidential documents.

JPEG, TIFF, PDF (Multi & Single page formats), PDF/A, Secure PDF, Signed PDF, XPS.
