Brother Rallies Support with ‘Run Together, Fight Together’ Theme for Brother Beat Cancer Run 2026 – Introducing New 3km Category to Fund Treatments for Underprivileged Cancer Patients

Bangkok, 26 December 2025 – Brother, a leading Japanese printing solutions provider, continues to inspire through its annual charity run, “Brother Beat Cancer Run 2026.” The mission remains steadfast: to raise funds for the purchase of medication and to support cancer patients lacking financial means through the Ramathibodi Foundation. This year, Brother invites runners and charitable individuals nationwide to join in making history, building on the momentum of the previous year which saw a record-breaking 2,000 participants and raised 1.6 million baht in donations without any deductions for expenses.

Mr. Pornpuck Upaisilsataporn, General Manager of Finance and Administration at Brother Commercial (Thailand) Limited, stated that the cancer situation in Thailand remains severe, with over 140,000 new cases and approximately 86,000 deaths annually. Of particular concern are underprivileged hematologic cancer patients who lack the funds for high-cost, long-term treatments. In response, Brother is committed to this project, which aligns with the global “Golden Ring Project” led by Brother Japan. This initiative reflects Brother’s “At Your Side” vision, aiming to promote health awareness through exercise while providing essential morale and financial support to those fighting the disease.

Since its inception in 2015, the Brother Beat Cancer Run has seen significant growth. The 2025 edition achieved a historic milestone with over 2,000 participants, bringing the total cumulative donations to over 16 million baht, these funds have assisted more than 1,000 underprivileged cancer patients. These donations represent more than just a figure; they are a lifeline—reducing family financial burdens, increasing access to essential medications, and enabling many patients to return to their daily lives with renewed hope.

The event has also gained tremendous traction among the new generation and prominent influencers who help amplify awareness. For 2026, Brother maintains its pledge to donate all registration proceeds, without any deductions, to the Ramathibodi Cancer Foundation for Hematologic Oncology in adults at Ramathibodi Hospital. This ensures patients receive quality treatment and encourages society to recognize the importance of sustainable support for the underprivileged.

This addition caters to popular demand and encourages those just starting their fitness journey to take that first step. Combined with our existing distances of 6km, 12km, and 24km, we are confident in reaching our target of 2,300 runners. For those unable to join the run but wishing to contribute, donations are also welcome.
