Built-in solution that prevents access to device settings and functions, along with page limits/restrictions for mono and color printing.

Benefits

Control who has access to a machine and what functions they are allowed to use, creating a secure and streamlined workflow process without the need for costly middleware, servers, or external card readers.

Using unique PINs or NFC access cards (for use with built-in NFC readers*), administrators can define what features can be accessed based on user or group.

Manage costs by enforcing printing restrictions and controlling the number of pages each user can print and if the user can print in color.

Receive activity reports based on user or group when the Job Logging feature is enabled.

Add the optional Secure Print+ feature, and print jobs will be held at the machine for secure job release once users authenticate.
